The house differs from the quaint townhouses more often on the market and it meant it gained lots of attention. This 3-bedroom house was built with a environmentally low-impact design , using materials and technology that reduces its carbon footprint. The property is in Cambridge on Madingley Road for a steep price of £2,500,000. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is designed in a modern fashions with an outdoorsy feel. The property has also won multiple awards for its green innovation and was designed by the acclaimed architect Meredith Bowles of Mole Architects in 2011.
